All of our products are digital products. When you select your chosen product you will be redirected to the download page after completing payment for the purchase.
Dependent on the information provided you will receive a download link to the nominated email address within a few moments of your purchase

Zipped Folders
We recommend using WINRAR - the free version to open the zipped folder

DWG Files
We recommend using any software that supports AutoCAD files to open the files.

PNG Files
We recommend using all adobe products to use the files.

Housekeeping
Our products cannot be sold without being part of a larger artwork such as a collage, render, drawing or any other work combining Arqdiary's digital products with other graphic or digital elements.
You are not allowed to use arqdiary's products in any similar or competing services

Refunds / Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. But we are always happy to assist with any problems you may encounter. Fill out our contact form and we will return to you with a solution within 5 working days.
