Colour Psychology: Pink

Colour plays a major role when designing the built environment. Choice of colour can have an overwhelming effect on the way a building is perceived by those that view it, walk by it and occupy it each day.

Although pink is largely associated with feminism it is still widely used in architecture. It instigates feelings of comfort and love. Vibrant shades of pink such as magenta help make a statement when paired with secondary colours such as light blue.
